Drawing People Workshop – Woody Woodman

The Urban Sketching class will be conducted by former Disney artist and 30 year veteran in the animation industry Woody Woodman. Drawing people has always been a passion of his and he would like to share his knowledge and techniques with drawing people. In the class we will cover several different drawing methods and with attention to design and storytelling in each sketch. Attendees can bring materials they feel comfortable with to draw. However, pencils, pens, markers and copy paper will be provided. We will begin with an in studio class on drawing people to understand different methods of drawing people. Then apply these lessons on location at Plant street within walking distance from the SOBO Art Gallery. Class time will be 1 pm to 3 pm Friday Oct. 24th. At the SOBO Art Gallery Winter Garden
