Paint-A-Memory

2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month

Bring your loved one to SoBo Gallery and Art Center where they will paint a picture under the guidance of an instructor for an hour, 10am-11am.  Home health aides will be present for needed assistance.  This is best suited to those who can follow simple step-by-step instructions.

Musical Minds

Central Florida Community Arts is excited to partner with Winter Garden Association to expand the Musical Minds Choir to West Orange County. Musical Minds Choir is geared toward adults experiencing the early stages of memory loss, dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Research findings suggest that being part of making music such as singing or playing an instrument, or simply listening to music can be a great way to stimulate the brain and help promote brain health.

Mondays from 10:30-11:30am

Rehearsals are open to participants and their caregivers at no cost.
