- Photography must be of fine art quality.
- All entries uploaded should be in digital jpg format if possible, no larger than 5 MB or smaller than 1MB.
- Artists may submit up to 2 entries: none, one, or both may be chosen for the exhibition.

Framing Guidelines
Congratulations if you were accepted for an upcoming Winter Garden Art Association Exhibition!! To help us display your work in the best way possible with our hanging system, please follow these guidelines for framing:
• If you are matting your work of art, neutral or off-white mats are preferred.
• If you are using a ready made frame instead of having a frame made by a framing service, make sure there is hanging hardware on the back side of your piece. Photo flap stands are not acceptable and your work can not be hung. Unframed gallery wrapped canvas should also have hanging hardware.
• Wire hangers are preferred and are safer for your art while hanging. Kits with the screw eyes and wire are available at most craft stores, Michaels and Jo Ann.
When attaching your wire to the back of your art:
• Screw eyes should be placed in the upper third of your piece.
• Wire should be tight but not too tight, and when stretched should not extend beyond top of frame, but about an inch beyond screw eyes. If there is too much play in the wire your piece may flop or fall forward on our hanging system.
• Make sure your frame is wide enough to accept the screw eyes and they are completely screwed into the wood. Otherwise, they can pop off and your art may fall to the floor. (Note: WGAA is not liable for any damage to your work while it is in the gallery.)
• Work that is not properly prepped for hanging will not be hung in the exhibition.
Thank You!
