Brushing Up on Impressionism

If so, then join us for a very special lecture, “Brushing Up on Impressionism!” Together, we will discuss how this once-despised method of painting caused an art revolution and paved the way for Modern Art. We will look closely at the nature-inspired subject matter and the quick brushwork of the Impressionists as they raced to capture one magical moment in time, forever preserving it on their canvases. Artists who were once shunned for their “incomplete” paintings are now celebrated as masters of art.
