Master of Ceremonies: Billy Flanigan
Billy Flanigan is a graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music with a BFA in Musical Theater and a beloved performer at Walt Disney World for over four decades. His Disney credits include Tarzan Rocks, Hoop Dee Doo Revue, and Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond!, along with a memorable turn as Ken in the Magical World of Barbie. Billy has also appeared in film and television and is the subject of the documentary Billy Flanigan: The Happiest Man on Earth, now streaming on major platforms.

With a career that includes work with Disney Feature Animation and major studios around the world, he has an exceptional ability to capture expression, personality, and story in just minutes.
