Crafting with a Cause: Paper Fortune Cookies

This paper-crafting class is dedicated to sharing joy! And there is no one better at lifting the spirit and inspiring creativity than Adrienne Lee. Attendees will be taught how to make paper fortune cookies, but instead of fortunes, we’ll include encouraging and positive phrases. These “cookies” make wonderful gifts and can provide a “pick-me-up” to anyone’s day. Use them to celebrate a birthday or holiday or give them to someone who needs a lift. Brighten someone’s day with something you’ve crafted from the heart.
Children 12+ are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
Materials provided: Paper, pencils/pens, scissors, glue sticks, paperclips, paper take-out boxes.
If you have special paper they’d like to use, please bring it. If you have books with positive phrases, bring those, too.
Fee: $10 members/$15 non-members
