Using a Jeweler’s Saw – Mermaid Tail Bracelet and Pendant Workshop

NOTE: This workshop is being held at Keith and Jan Stephens’ Studio (rather than at the SoBo location). Be aware that the studio is on the second floor of Jan’s home and does not allow wheelchair access.

Mermaid jewelry has become so popular. You will learn to saw, bend and forge metal to create these two pieces of jewelry that will get you many compliments as you wear them.
KIT COST: $35 per student. The instructors will have kits that you will need to purchase directly from them on the day of the workshop. Your kit will include all of the materials for all the projects. The kit cost will cover the cost of all supplies for the workshop projects, including specific materials such as vintage silverware, wire, cabochons, beads, vintage costume jewelry pieces, findings, consumables, use of tools and all workshop handouts.
Students may need to use glasses or other vision magnification so they can see fine detail. Additional materials and tools can be purchased at fair market prices at the end of class for completing additional projects at home.
